How to Make Documounts Pricing Tables Work for You

Monday, July 20th, 2009

The Documounts business is based on fulfilling orders for customers who are buying in volume. We are the best solution for people who run a business and are looking to mat and/or frame multiple images. Our bulk discounts for custom mats, mounting board, frames and plexiglass are very competitive. We love being able to help you make a living doing what you love.

So, with that in mind, we wanted to take a minute to point out the best way to make the price breaks work for you.

Mats and Mounting Boards have a number of price breaks. These price breaks only apply to something that is exactly the same.  For example if you are planning to get 12 mats in 11 x 14 in a Bainbridge Papermat Matboard, you will pay $1.87 each, but if you order at the 16 quantity break you will pay only $1.40.  Here are the direct links to the Matboard and Mounting Board Pricing Tables.

With the frames and the plexiglass you will get a discount when you get 12 or more of the same thing. The discount on the frames is 10% and the discount on the plexiglass is 5%. These discounts do not show in the pricing tables. But, having the pricing tables to look over can help you determine what products fit into your budget.

To be able to see these price breaks and prices in one spot bookmark the Pricing Tables link (always available on the left hand menu column).

We hope these tables can help you take advantage of the quantity discounts we offer. Please let us know if there are other ways that we can help guide you on the website.

Catalog Alternatives

Wednesday, January 14th, 2009

Documounts catalogs seem to be the kind of thing people hold on to for a long time. In recent months we have had some people call with catalogs as old as 14 years! If your catalog is out of date there are many ways to get up-to-date pricing information.

The current catalog does not have updated pricing. We are still sending it out for people who want a hard copy, but the best way to get a current list of prices is to start here at the website.

  • You can download a copy of the current catalog with updated prices on the Catalog page. On that page you can choose to download the whole catalog (this may take some time if you have a slower connection) or just the sections you are most interested in. Please note: downloading requires an Adobe Acrobat Reader. Most people have this on their computer, but if you do not, you can download it here. You can simply view the catalog on Acrobat or you can choose to print it.
  • We also have custom product price table pages. This is handy if you are trying to get an idea of the best price breaks.  You can find that here and it will always be offered as a link on the left menu bar.

If you have trouble finding anything on the website, please let us know.
