New Lower Prices – We have lowered the prices on Foam Board when you order in quantity. Also,  prices on Adhesive Mounting Board have gone down quite a bit.

Full Sheet Mountboards - Now if you want full sheet mountboard you will buy them from the Full Sheet Mountboard builder. You’ll get 10% off at 11 or more and the prices are now even lower for full sheets!

New Archival Artcare Foam Board – This Premium Archival Artcare Foam Board is 100% archival. The foam and surface papers are both archival.  It comes in white and black.

Standard Black Foam Board - We now carry Standard Black Foam Core. Black foam core is a nice alternative to white and now you have the choice of Standard or Archival.

It’s nice when things are easy.  Ordering mats and supplies for your art business can often be complicated and confusing.  At Documounts we are trying to make some parts of the process easier for you.

In the past, mounting board has always been ordered through the custom Mounting Board Builder. But, now if you just need 8×10, 11 x14 or 16 x 20 in the popular 2UB and Standard 1/8″ foam board you can get it with just one click.

One way that we all do our part for our planet, is to reduce the amount of stuff that we cast off and send to landfills. If you’re inclined to think about the end result of what you order from us, read on.

We offer two types of mountboard that once they’re no longer being used to support your artwork can be recycled and therefore kept out of the waste stream.

Archival Mountboard – Exactly like a piece of 4 ply Alphamat matboard, but priced like a mountboard, it’s made by Bainbridge and comes in either white or ivory.

2UB and 4UB Mountboard – UB (utility board) is a solid core chipboard product.  It has white surface papers and a gray core.  2UB is about as thick as a piece of matboard, and 4UB – at double thickness – is about 1/8” thick.

Both of these mountboard options are made from wood pulp. And just like most kinds of uncoated paper and cardboard made from trees, they’re accepted at recycling centers or can be put out in your curbside recycling bin with scrap paper and newspapers.
