Have you thought about using Black Foam Core for your mounting board? Black Foam Core looks great as backing when you are using a black mat. When it is in the bag it dresses up your bin and makes it stand out. Plus, when paired with a black mat, it makes a more professional looking presentation.

Another way to use Back Foam Core is to mount your images on it with clear mounting corners (as shown here) and bag it as is. You have a nice looking package to show off your art without using a mat.
